Why we need it: For security only: to protect Trulya and our customers from scams, fake or abusive messages, spam, and viruses or harmful links — and to give evidence to the police if a crime happens.
What we record: This device’s location, your internet (IP) address and the time you send the message, together with what you type in the form.
Who can see it: Only the Trulya team. We never sell it or use it for advertising. We share it only when the law requires, for example with police investigating a crime.
How long we keep it: We keep it with your message and do not delete it automatically.
