Search for the business on TRULYA, open its profile page, and click "Write a Review". You need a free account to submit a review. Your review goes live after a quick moderation check (usually within 24 hours).

Yes. Go to your Profile, find the review under "My Reviews", and use the edit or delete option. Edited reviews go back through moderation.

Reviews may be removed if they violate our guidelines — including spam, offensive language, conflict of interest, or unverifiable claims. You will receive a notification with the reason. Contact us if you believe the removal was in error.

A Verified Review means TRULYA has confirmed the reviewer had a real transaction with the business — through a receipt, booking reference, or document upload. These reviews carry more weight in the trust score.

Create a Business Account during registration, fill in your business details, and submit. Our team reviews submissions within 1–2 business days. Listing is free.

Open your business profile and click "Claim this Business". You'll need to verify ownership by providing a business registration document or utility bill. Once approved, you can manage your listing.

After claiming your listing, go to your Business Dashboard and click "Edit Business". Changes are reviewed before going live. For urgent corrections, contact us.

On your business dashboard, find the review and click "Dispute". Provide your reason and any supporting evidence. Our team will investigate within 5 business days. We do not remove reviews simply because they are negative — disputes require a genuine policy violation.

Yes — creating an account, writing reviews, and listing your business are all free. Premium verification plans are optional and provide a verified badge and enhanced profile features.

On the login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.

Please contact our support team to request account deletion. We will process your request within 7 days and remove your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.

Yes. On the login or register page, click "Google" or "Outlook" to sign in with your existing account. No separate password is needed.

The Trust Score (0–5) combines verified review ratings, Google review data, verification status, response rate, and AI sentiment analysis. It updates automatically as new reviews come in.

Go to your Business Dashboard and submit a verification request with supporting documents (business registration, tax certificate, or utility bill). Our team reviews it within 3–5 business days.

The Generate Top 10 feature on the Search page uses Google Maps to find the top-rated businesses in your chosen category and city. Results are ranked by Google rating and review count.

Google results come from Google Maps — broad coverage but no local verification. Trulya results are businesses that have been reviewed and verified directly on our platform, with more detailed trust data specific to Cambodia.
