1. Click "Create Account" (Register) at the top of the site.
2. Choose 👤 Voice Account (for people who write reviews) or 🏢 Business Account (for business owners).
3. Sign up with Google, or with your email: full name, email and password.
4. Accept the Terms and create your account.
A Voice account is free: you can rate businesses, products and services, request reviews and join the community.

• Registered Entity: your business is officially registered. You must upload your Business Registration Certificate. Your Legal Registration shows "N/A" until Trulya approves all your documents, then it shows "Registered". Registered Entities can also update business details and add Accreditations from Account Settings > Profile Information.
• Non-registered Entity: for small or informal businesses without a registration certificate. Legal Registration shows "Unregistered".

Yes. Creating an account, writing reviews and listing your business are free. Paid plans (Trulya Plus and Business Basic/Premium) and ប្រាក់ស្លឹង (Sleung) are optional for extra features.

Yes. On the Sign In or Create Account page click Google to use your Google account. No separate password is needed.
You can also create an account with your email address and a password. Signing in with Outlook or Microsoft is not available.

Use the EN / ខ្មែរ switch at the top of every page.

1. Click "Create Account" and choose 🏢 Business Account.
2. Choose Registered Entity (officially registered business) or Non-registered Entity.
3. Fill in: entity name, business category (or "Request a Category" if yours is missing), first and last name, job title, work email, phone number, entity address and website (optional), then a password.
4. Registered Entity only: enter your Business Registration Number and upload your Business Registration Certificate (PDF, JPG, PNG or WEBP, max 10 MB each). You can't submit without it.
5. Accept the Terms and the document declaration, then submit. The Trulya team checks your documents.

Go to your profile menu > Membership and click "Upgrade to Business Account". Then fill in your business details and choose a business plan.

1. Open your Business Dashboard > My Products & Services and click to register a new product or service.
2. Fill in the name (English/Khmer), category, brand (type the brand name), barcode (products), description and a logo/photo (max 5 MB).
3. Add at least one Accreditation / Certification: name, expiry date and the document (JPG, PNG or PDF, max 5 MB). This is required.
4. Submit. Your product/service stays hidden from Trulya Verified Listings until the Trulya team checks and approves all its documents.
How many you can register depends on your plan: Free 1, Basic up to 6, Premium up to 16 (extra slots 10,000 ៛ each).

Go to Business Dashboard > My Products & Services. The list shows each item's status (Approved, Pending or Rejected) and you can search it. Click an item to edit all its details, update a certificate's file or expiry date, add a new certificate or remove one.
Every change is sent to the Trulya team to check and approve again.

Registered Entity businesses: go to your Business Dashboard > Business Profile > Business Details and click "Edit business details". In the same section you can add, update or remove Accreditations / Certifications with expiry dates.
You can also use "Edit Profile" on your Business Dashboard.
Every change goes to the Trulya team to check and approve again. Your business stays visible while it is checked.

1. Create a Business Account (or sign in to yours).
2. Contact Trulya Support with the link to your business page and proof that you own it, such as your Business Registration Certificate.
3. The Trulya team checks it and links the business page to your account. After that you can manage it from your Business Dashboard.

• Trulya Free (free): rate businesses, products and services, join the Trulya Community, request reviews or request to add a business, and use Sleung to unlock premium features without a subscription.
• Trulya Plus (40,000 ៛/month or 440,000 ៛/year): everything in Free plus unlimited access to Google data, Trulya data and Trulya Verified Listings, with no need to spend Sleung.

• Trulya Business Free (free): your business data and profile, reply to feedback, view the Community, post and comment, register 1 product/service.
• Trulya Business Basic (40,000 ៛/month or 440,000 ៛/year): everything in Free, the badge, standard support, respond to claims about accreditations with valid documents, up to 6 products/services.
• Trulya Business Premium (80,000 ៛/month or 840,000 ៛/year): everything in Basic, full dashboard and analytics, verified reviews, review dispute priority, up to 16 products/services.

1. Open your profile menu > Membership and click "Change Plan".
2. Choose Monthly or Annual and pick a plan.
3. Pay with KHQR (scan the QR code, complete payment, then enter your transaction reference) or by card.
4. Your plan updates after the payment is verified. Receipts are kept in your Membership page.

ប្រាក់ស្លឹង (Sleung) is Trulya's credit. 20 ៛ = 1 Sleung. You can earn it or buy it, and use it to unlock premium data without a subscription. Your ប្រាក់ស្លឹង (Sleung) Wallet shows your balance and what you purchased, earned, redeemed and transferred.

• Submit a review: +1 Sleung per category.
• Submit a review with a supporting document: +3 Sleung.

1. Open your ប្រាក់ស្លឹង (Sleung) Wallet from your profile menu.
2. Pick a package: 100 Sleung = 2,000 ៛, 200 = 4,000 ៛, 300 = 6,000 ៛, 400 = 8,000 ៛, 500 = 10,000 ៛, 1,000 = 20,000 ៛.
3. Pay with KHQR and enter your transaction reference.
4. Your Sleung is added after the payment is verified, and the receipt appears in your wallet ledger.

• Unlock Google data: 20 Sleung.
• Unlock a Trulya listing row on search results: 100 Sleung.
• Trulya Verified Listings access: 150 Sleung.
Everything you unlock is kept in your Access Vault. With Trulya Plus you don't need to spend Sleung.

1. Sign in (a free account is needed).
2. Click "Write a Review" in the menu, or open the business, product or service page.
3. Say whether you are a customer or an employee, rate each category with stars, and add a title, your comment and up to 5 photos if you like.
4. Choose Experience Review, or Verified Review if you have proof (see "What is a Verified Review?").
5. Submit. Your review is published straight away and you earn ប្រាក់ស្លឹង (Sleung): +1 per category you rate, and +3 more for attaching a supporting document.

A Verified Review comes with proof that you really used the business, product or service, such as a receipt, invoice or booking.
• Attach up to 3 documents (PDF, Word, JPG or PNG, max 10 MB each) and enter the date on each one. Documents must be dated within the last 12 months.
• Verified Reviews count double in the business's Trulya Rating.
• You earn +3 extra ប្រាក់ស្លឹង (Sleung) for attaching a document.

Yes. Open your profile menu > Reviewed Listings, find your review and click Edit or Delete. Changes are saved straight away.
The Trulya team can remove reviews that break our Content Policy, for example spam, offensive language, a conflict of interest or false claims. If you think your review was removed by mistake, contact Trulya Support.

Open your profile menu > Requests a Review. From there you can request reviews or ask Trulya to add a business, product or service that isn't listed yet.

Contact Trulya Support with the link to the review, why you think it breaks our Content Policy, and any evidence you have. The Trulya team will look into it.
Reviews are not removed just because they are negative. There must be a real policy breach, such as a fake review, spam, offensive language or false claims. Business Premium plans get priority for review disputes.

The Trust Score (0–5) = 70% Trulya Rating + 30% Google Rating.
• Trulya Rating is the average star rating from Trulya reviews. Verified Reviews count double.
• If a business has only Trulya reviews or only Google reviews, that one rating is used.
It updates automatically every time a new review is posted.

Verification is based on the documents you upload. There is no separate request to send.
• Business: as a Registered Entity, upload your Business Registration Certificate. When the Trulya team approves it, your Legal Registration shows "Registered".
• Products and services: add Accreditations / Certifications with their documents. When the Trulya team approves all of them, the item shows as Verified.
• Trusted Business badge: given automatically to verified businesses with a Google rating above 4.0 from more than 20 Google reviews and a Trulya Rating above 4.0.
Keep your documents up to date before they expire.

1. On the Sign In page click "Forgot password?" and enter your email.
2. We email you a temporary password (in English and Khmer). It works once and expires in 60 minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.
3. Sign in with it, then set a new password straight away.
To change a password you know: Account Settings > Security > Change Password.

1. Go to Account Settings > Security and click "Set up 2FA".
2. Install an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator or Authy) and scan the QR code.
3. Enter the 6-digit code from the app and click "Verify & turn on".
4. Save your 8 backup codes (20 characters each). Keep them private and secure, for example in a password manager. Each works once and you won't see them again.
You can create new backup codes or turn 2FA off in the same place.

On the code screen click "Lost your phone? Use a backup code instead" and enter one of the backup codes you saved. Each code works once. After signing in, create new backup codes and set 2FA up again on your new phone (Account Settings > Security).
If the code from your app is always wrong, check that your phone's time is set automatically.
If you have no backup codes left, contact Trulya Support.

Go to Account Settings > Security and click "Delete My Account" at the bottom, then confirm. Your account is deleted permanently and this can't be undone. If you need help, contact Trulya Support.

On the Search page choose a category and city, then click "Generate Top 10". It uses Google Maps to find the top-rated places, ranked by Google rating and number of reviews.
Some details in the results are locked. Unlock them with ប្រាក់ស្លឹង (Sleung), or get unlimited access with Trulya Plus.

• Google results come from Google Maps: wide coverage, but not checked by Trulya.
• Trulya results are businesses, products and services on our platform, with reviews from Trulya users and trust data for Cambodia.
• Trulya Verified Listings are products and services whose documents the Trulya team has checked and approved.
